You can contact the TSE relating to an already open case via email. A unique case number would have been provided to you during the initial case creation. This unique number will be referenced within the email. Please quote this number on any related correspondence.

Das Aufladen deines Elektroautos bei Regen oder Schnee ist vollkommen sicher. Die Autohersteller dichten die Ladeanschlüsse in ihren Fahrzeugen wasserdicht ab, damit niemand beim Einstecken einen Stromschlag bekommt. Im Gegensatz zu normalen Steckdosen liefert SunPower Drive erst dann Strom, wenn sowohl das Fahrzeug als auch die Ladestation eine feste Verbindung zueinander haben. Dann wird das Kabel an beiden Enden verriegelt und bildet eine isolierte Barriere zwischen dir und dem Strom. Drive verfügt zudem über die Schutzart IP55 gegen das Eindringen von Wasser und kann bei Temperaturen zwischen –30 und 50 °C betrieben werden, so dass auch das raueste Wetter in der EU kein Problem darstellen sollte.
