How do solar systems work?
A photovoltaic (PV) solar system is comprised of solar panels, racks for placing the panels on your roof, electrical wiring and an inverter. From sunrise to sunset, the solar panels generate electricity (DC) which is sent to an inverter. The inverter converts the DC electricity into alternating current (AC), which is the type of electricity required for household use. The AC power is delivered directly to your home’s main electrical service panel for use by you and your family.
How does SunPower assist partners in reducing installation times and costs?

How does shade affect the solar system’s performance?
Solar panels operate most efficiently when they’re able to soak up as much sun as possible. Let us evaluate your particular situation and provide some options for you.
How is the warranty serviced for TCL solar panels?
As TCL Solar panels are sold strictly through distributors throughout Europe, any perceived warranty claims should be directed back to the distributor from which the panels were purchased. In line with published warranty terms and conditions, distributors will be positioned to review and remedy claims or escalate to TCL SunPower Global as necessary.
How much energy do solar panels produce?
The amount of energy produced by solar panels depends on several factors, including the size and efficiency of the panels, the amount of sunlight they receive, and their orientation and location. On average, a 1-kilowatt (kW) solar panel system can generate approximately 1,600 to 2,500 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of electricity per year in a location with good sunlight.
Is this system compatible with SunPower energy storage?
SunPower energy storage can be retrofitted to an existing solar array or in a hybrid AC or DC scenario where a second array is added.
What are Solar Panels Made of?
PV solar panels are like puzzles made of tiny solar cells, enclosed in glass. These cells are made of silicon, a bit like computer chips. They have a positive part and a negative part that work together to make electricity, kind of like a battery. SunPower solar panels also have special adhesives and coatings to protect these cells and keep them working well even in different weather conditions.
